Network Gate Help Desk after hours service provides an extension of your agency or corporate travel department’s day time service, individually customized to perform a seamless service to your traveler’s emergency travel needs.
Managing a website can be time consuming and complicated, and we understand there are many other areas within your business that require your attention.
Network Gate website support service acts as your single contact for anything to do with your website.
Work performed outside of regular business hours
Website maintenance is available after hours for clients who require work done at a specific time/day that falls outside the standard operating times.
Ad-Hoc and Banked Hours System
Some clients prefer a system of banked hours which are drawn down by the use of helpdesk and engineer tickets.
Examples:
40 hours = €3000/€75.00 hour
20 hours = €1700/€85.00 hour
The normal hourly rate is € 95.00.
On-Site Support Pricing
When carrying out site work out of contract we charge the first full hour, then 15 minute blocks thereafter. We typically do not charge call out within our normal operating area.
Remote IT Support Pricing
We charge €10 per user per month for normal Business Helpdesk work.
Non contractual remote work is charged on the basis of 15 min blocks at €23.75 per 15 mins.
IT Support Day rates
Basic PC type engineer work = € 500/day 250 half
Standard Network engineer = € 660/day 330 half
Senior engineer (consultant) = € 750/day 375 half
Regular call pro-active IT outsourcing
Take the monthly pricing model for servers and helpdesk, then add € 330 per half day - either weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Alternatively, book regular calls and draw down from banked hours.
Please note, a premium rate applies to after hours website maintenance as per the table below.

Network Gate and iTTuva Compute SLA Exclusions
The Service Commitment does not apply to any unavailability, suspension or termination of the Included Products and Services , or any other performance issues affecting the Included Products and Services: (i) that result from a suspension described in Section 6.1 of the Network Gate SLA Agreement; (ii) caused by factors outside of our reasonable control, including any force majeure event or Internet access or related problems beyond the demarcation point of the Included Products and Services; (iii) that result from any actions or inactions of you or any third party, including failure to acknowledge a recovery volume; (iv) that result from your equipment, software or other technology and/or third party equipment, software or other technology (other than third party equipment within our direct control); (v) that result from failures of individual instances or volumes not attributable to Region Unavailability; (vi) that result from any maintenance as provided for pursuant to the Network Gate Agreement; or (vii) arising from our suspension and termination of your right to use the Included Products and Services in accordance with the Network Gate Agreement (collectively, the “Network Gate Compute SLA Exclusions”). If availability is impacted by factors other than those used in our Monthly Uptime Percentage calculation, then we may issue a Service Credit considering such factors at our discretion.
