The administration department provides valuable day-to-day services that keep our organization’s work processes running smoothly and efficiently. Together, we oversee every administrative aspect, from top to bottom.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be the first person to greet our guests and team members;
  • Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment;
  • Help with planning in-house and off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences;
  • Accept parcels and deliveries;
  • Assist co-workers, be the focal point of calls and inquiries;
  • Partner with HR and other departments to update and maintain office policies as necessary;
  • Find new and creative ways to improve our employees’ wellbeing;
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time;
  • Own and manage office service partnerships, negotiate with different office facility vendors and partners

Skill & Experience

  • A go-to person with a proactive approach;
  • Previous administrative work experience;
  • Care for people and a can-do attitude;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages (both verbal and written);
  • That you are a fast learner and a self-organized person.
